John Schofield, DC, CCRDChiropractorDr. John Schofield completed his undergraduate coursework at the University of Northern Iowa. In 1994, he received his doctor of chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He has advanced credentialing through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego in the treatment of Whiplash Associated Disorders and is trained in Graston Technique, an instrument assisted soft tissue technique. Dr. Schofield has also completed 360 hours of postgraduate coursework in the Rehabilitation Diplomate Program at Northwestern Health Sciences in Bloomington, MN. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, doing yard work, and spending time with family and friends. He is married to his wife Karen and has two boys, Carter and Evan.

Dr. Conrad Bush, DCChiropractorDr. Conrad Bush completed his undergraduate coursework at the University of Northern Iowa. In 2019, he received his doctor of chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. During his undergrad studies, Dr. Bush injured his knee while playing rugby and experienced intense lower back pain during the recovery process. He attributes chiropractic care to expediting his healing process and keeping him moving well and credits this experience for his passion in his career. Prior to joining Schofield Chiropractic Group, he served the Manchester area in a multidisciplinary practice seeing patients in all stages of healing. During that time he utilized many techniques including Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson Drop, and other low force therapies. He is also certified in Active Release Technique, a soft-tissue treatment, for upper extremities. His journey has sparked additional interests in weight loss, biomechanics, extremities, and sports rehab. He has enjoyed returning to the community he calls home with his wife Hannah and their three dogs.

Lauren Block, DCChiropractorDr. Lauren Block is from Tripoli, Iowa. She completed her undergraduate work at Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa in 2019. Most recently she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. While at Palmer, Dr. Block was trained in traditional chiropractic care techniques including Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson Drop, Activator, and other low force techniques. Additionally, she is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association and loves caring for women through all stages of life including pregnancy and babies. She is trained and received her certification in the Webster Technique, which is specifically designed to care for the pregnant mother. In her spare time, she enjoys running, going on hikes with her husband Lake, spending time with her family, cozying up with Brewer, her cat, and a good book, and exploring various coffee shops. She is excited to be returning to northeast Iowa and serving the community she calls home.

Thomas Reiff, DCChiropractorThomas Reiff, a native of Independence, Iowa, earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 2022 before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Driven by a lifelong passion for human performance, wellness, and the body's ability to heal and thrive. Thomas emphasizes functional improvement through evidence based manual therapies and movement-based care. He is trained in a variety of chiropractic techniques including Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson Drop and other low force therapies tailored to meet each patient's individual needs. He is also certified in dry needling, a highly effective treatment for muscular pain, trigger points, and movement dysfunction.
His clinical interests include functional movement assessment, injury rehabilitation, extremity care, postural mechanics and movement efficiency. With a performance focused and patient-centered approach, Thomas aims to prevent injury, support recovery, and optimize overall movement quality. Whether helping patients recover from injury, manage chronic conditions, or simply move and feel better, he is committed to improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing physical performance.
Now practicing at Schofield Spine + Motion, he is honored to serve the community that has supported him throughout his journey and looks forward to continuing to make a positive impact through compassionate, movement-focused care.
